Breakfast
Our delicious breakfast is designed to give you the right start for an enjoyable day in the highlands. Breakfast is served between 08.00 and 09.00 in our dining room, earlier breakfasts are by arrangement. The policy with the breakfast is to home produce as much as we can, such as our own potato cakes and to source the other items as locally as we can, to provide you with quality ingredients for your breakfast meal.

There is a variety of cooked breakfasts including vegetarian options or if you prefer there are other selections available including croissants or home made pancakes, fruit or yoghurt.

Dinner
Our philosophy with our dinners is to provide a menu based on traditional recipes using local produce. They will provide you with an enjoyable and satisfying meal after a days activity or touring. All of our dinners are home made. Example of a Dinner menu is below.

Slow roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding
Clapshot Potatoes
with a selection of seasonal vegetables

Morayshire Fruit Crumble
served with cream or ice cream

Supper
A light meal typically a homemade soup, a round of sandwiches, slice of cake and tea of coffee.

Dinner is usually served between 17.00 and 19.00pm, Supper between 17.00 and 21.00.
